Lunchtime Organiser SEN
Prospere Learning Trust, Pear Tree High School
Grade 2, permanent, part‑time 12.5 hrs per week (11:30 am‑2:00 pm, term time only). Starting salary £7,421 (full‑time equivalent £24,796). Expected start date upon completion of pre‑employment checks.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop good professional relationships with students and other staff members.
* Undertake activities with groups of students during lunchtime clubs (e.g., football, outdoor play, magazine club, art club, sensory story club).
* Assist at tables to support student food choices and development skills.
* Report serious incidents and accidents to senior staff.
* Provide first aid or reassurance to students with minor accidents or who are unwell.
