You will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring procurement processes run smoothly to help the organisation achieve its operational and strategic goalsAs a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Provide administrative support for the procurement function, including managing and updating supply chain price files and agreements and placing overhead orders.
* Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
* Producing reports, presentations & documentation to support procurement activities when required
* Facilitating the onboarding process for new suppliers and overseeing the procurement inbox
* Coordinating travel & meetings for the team
* Perform general office duties as required
