Key Responsibilities Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines. About You Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred. Experience working with children in a primary school setting. Positive, patient, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
