As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you’re looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience all the key entry-level roles we offer at Tesla. This programme focuses on potential rather than academic achievement, with expert mentorship from passionate industry professionals.
We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some sites specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business:
* London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
* South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
* Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
* Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
* Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
* Northeast: Newcastle
* Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
* East: Cambridge (CPO)
* Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff
* Ireland: Cork, Dublin
Final stage: an in-person group assessment day at select locations in mid-late July 2025.
What You'll Do
This fast-track programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience across all core departments, with performance reviews at each rotation to support your growth. You'll support key business functions, meet targets, and contribute innovative ideas to drive change. The programme includes rotations through:
* Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
* Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
* Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
* Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
* Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
* Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
* Elective Rotation: Tailored to your potential future role at Tesla
Your journey continues beyond the programme, with opportunities to apply for full-time roles based on your performance and aspirations.
What You'll Bring
* Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by start date
* Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, multi-departmental programme
* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly, professional demeanor with confidentiality awareness
* Proven problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to represent Tesla positively and maintain professionalism
* Willingness to travel between Tesla locations and events
* Not in full-time education at programme start (gap year students not eligible)
