This well-known high-quality gastro in Derbyshire is looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef to join this successful brigade.
This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Junior Sous or Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination.
The establishment uses all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re-literate this fact they produce use the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
Sous chef Experience
We are looking for a sous chef with a passion for food already used to delivering a high-level experience.
You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce delivering covers of over 100 a day.
Confident at training junior members and with ambition to grow your career this is a family feel business which can offer a great package and benefits.
