You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders. Experience & Qualifications Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes Effective time management and organisation skills Strong customer service and account management skills Confidence working independently and making decisions A team player who's organised, responsive and solutions-focused Previous experience in a similar role would be essential European languages - considered an asset Perks & Benefits This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, innovative, and collaborative team.
