Role Overview
Athena Worksurface Fabrications specialise in the template, fabrication and installation of Porcelain, Quartz and granite worktops into kitchens nationwide for both retailers and many high-end developers.
Due to the company's continuing growth, we are seeking a keen and ambitious factory worker to join our busy team at our new factory in Worcester.
This role will suit a highly organised, proactive and forward-thinking individual.
Working as part of a small but dynamic team is key to the job role. The role will benefit a team player who is also able to work effectively off their initiative and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
* Operate machinery in the production line
* Machine Mind and support others as and when needed
* Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
* Maintain a clean work environment
* Conduct basic quality control checks
Experience
* Previous experience in a factory environment is advantageous
* Mechanical aptitude for operating factory machinery
* Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
