Are you an experienced Senior Carer ready to step up into a leadership role within a fast-moving domiciliary care team? This is a hands-on leadership position within our North Somerset homecare service. You wont be office-based only. You'll be out in the field supporting staff, covering care calls where required, and making sure our service runs safely and smoothly — especially when it matters most.
