Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Stopping Contracts Manager located in Kettering. The Fire Stopping Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing fire stopping projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets and schedules, performing site inspections, and providing technical support and guidance to the team.

* Project Management and Coordination skills
* Knowledge of Fire Stopping and Safety Regulations
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Budget Management and Scheduling skills
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Fire Stopping or Construction Management
* Although office is based in Kettering, travel will be needed.
