TPF Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a highly respected client based in the KT area, currently seeking a Trusts and Estates Senior / Manager to join their friendly and expanding team. This role will be a varied tax position, but with a trusts and estates specialism, due to a busy workload in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of trust and estates work, ensuring high standards of work
* Reviewing and checking the work completed by junior tax colleagues for accuracy and compliance
* Handling complex compliance matters related to trusts
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trust regulations and compliance requirements
* Providing guidance and support to team members on technical trust issues
* Completing advisory work
* Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and queries resolved
Requirements
1. ATT, CTA, or STEP qualifications are highly desirable but experience more highly valued
2. Considerable experience in a similar role will also be considered in lieu of qualifications
3. Strong knowledge of trust compliance and regulations
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proactive and client-focused approach
Benefits
* Competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000, subject to experience and qualifications. Manager level will be paid at the higher end of the budget, and Seniors at the lower.
