Role Description
Wake Media is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital services team.
This is an execution-focused role supporting the delivery of digital campaigns, reporting, websites, paid media and marketing operations activity across maritime and industrial B2B sectors.
You’ll work closely with account managers, commercial teams, designers and digital leads to support campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting across multiple client accounts and Wake Media brands.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across paid media, campaign operations, websites, reporting and digital growth activity in a fast‑moving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, launch and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, programmatic and trade media platforms
* Apply UTMs, tracking and campaign tagging across digital activity
* Support email campaigns and marketing automation workflows using ActiveCampaign
* Update website content and landing pages using CMS platforms
* Apply SEO best practices including titles, metadata, internal linking and page structure
* Support dashboard reporting and campaign performance monitoring using GA4, Looker Studio and platform analytics
* Monitor campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA and conversions
* Support campaign optimisation, A/B testing and reporting recommendations
* Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and digital delivery workflows
* Work collaboratively with internal teams across content, commercial, creative and client services
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media or performance marketing
* Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads
* Comfortable using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Umbraco
* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
* Familiarity with GA4, UTMs, reporting and campaign tracking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
Nice To Have
* Experience with programmatic advertising
* Exposure to CRM systems or marketing automation
* Experience with reporting dashboards or Looker Studio
* Experience working within B2B, maritime, energy or industrial sectors
