Drivers are at the forefront of our Company, delivering plastic pipes and associated goods to customers in Berkhamsted and surrounding areas. In this role as a Driver, you will be expected to
1. Ensure efficient & safe operation of the vehicle
2. Strive to complete on time delivery of orders to JDP customers
3. Comply with all vehicle and drivers' legislation
Job Requirements
Required:
4. Class C Licence
5. Some Driver CPC training
6. Digital driving licence (tacho card)
7. An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
8. Detailed understanding of driver procedures “driving hours rules & regulations”
9. Determine the most efficient route for daily delivery schedule
10. Excellent communication skills and good customer service skill
Qualifications
Class C1 licence. Minimum requirement
Desirable:
11. FLT experience would be an advantage.
