I can offer you full/part-time flexible supply cover to fit around your personal life but allow you to do the job you love whilst furthering your skill set and working with different schools. I also have long-term positions with start dates coming up and I would love to get you registered with Aspire People. With the stability of a long-term position, it also allows you time to work with one specific school and possibly be considered for any permanent vacancies.
To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire, you will need:
1. Experience working in a similar role
2. Relevant Qualifications
3. Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team
4. Show integrity and initiative
5. Have a flexible positive approach
6. Provide references
7. Complete DBS or have DBS on the update service
