Salary: £110.00 - £140.00 per week (dependent on performance, experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30
About the school
We're working with a brilliant specialist school in Rochdale that supports students aged 11-19 with a range of complex learning needs, autism, and physical or sensory impairments. The team is warm, welcoming, and focused on creating a safe, inclusive space where students can truly thrive.
Classroom Facilitator – What We're Looking For
* A confident, positive presence and a genuine desire to support young people
* Resilience, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
* Willingness to learn and adapt – no two days are the same!
* A passion for making a difference, especially for students who need extra support to succeed
* An interest in SEN, mental health, or inclusive education (experience is a bonus, not a must)
To be eligible you must
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
