Your Tasks
1. Organise and supervise members of the Engineering Stores team, as necessary.
2. Provide out of hours support, as necessary.
3. Assist the Stock Controller in maintaining agreed levels, advising of any shortages or discrepancies.
4. Maintaining inventory records for Goods received, Goods Issued and undertaking regular Stock Checks, following the relevant working procedures.
5. Using SAP system to verify, update, and reconcile inventory information, including data input, to produce reports.
6. Ensuring the control of equipment/parts for repair, ensuring the control and recording of all information for traceability and cost control.
7. Providing all documentation relevant to destination, the preparation of quotations for approval by relevant departments and the control and recording of all information for traceability and cost control.
Our Requirments
8. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Reasonable standard of secondary education.
10. Experience working in an Engineering Stores related role.
11. Good organisation and communication skills.
12. Able to undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to run every aspect of the Engineering Stores Department.
13. Experience of operating a Forklift Truck, however, training will be provided
14. A basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook), and may have experience of SAP system.
15. Experience in using SAP systems, preferred.
16. Good housekeeping skills.
17. An awareness of Health and Safety.
18. Able to work 08:30 - 17:00hrs, Monday to Friday.
