Role Purpose
You’ll build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals in your territory. Your passion and innovation will help drive advocacy and execution of guidelines and pathways. This role supports our Paediatric Allergy and Faltering Growth category.
Key Activities
* Develop, activate, and monitor territory account plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Engage cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and drive business growth.
* Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and KPIs.
* Advocate for our portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments, and stakeholder requirements.
* Manage and mobilize KOLs and advocates through customer symposiums and educational meetings.
* Spend 3-4 days in the field per week meeting with customers.
This role covers Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Somerset.

Key Skills
* Partnership-led approach with negotiation and influencing skills, driving HCP advocacy through clinical education.
* Strong clinical or healthcare sales skills.
* Business planning, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000. Includes a company car and fuel card.
Requirements
* Living in one of the specified locations; relocation is not considered.
* Full UK driving license and comfortable with regular driving.
