Key Responsibilities
* Oversee successful execution of new implementations, managing customer-facing and internal projects.
* Collaborate with Commercial Managers, Customs Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.
* Manage complex projects, maintain process documentation, and ensure staff understanding of SOPs.
* Ensure conformance to business standards and facilitate post-implementation handovers.
IT System Applications
* Support system implementation and demonstrations.
* Act as a liaison between the client and digital teams to ensure project outcomes.
* Guide the Commercial team on IT requirements and ensure successful sign-off.
Customer Process Development
* Support re-engineering of customer processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Promote operational excellence and process improvements.
Support of New Business/Staff
* Assist in implementing new business activities and communicate SOPs to new teams.
* Train new staff and provide leadership and mentorship to operational teams.
We are looking for:
* Strong project management skills.
* Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project).
* Experience in Continuous Improvement techniques.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with logistics or customs experience.
* Ability to work independently and influence decision-makers.
