Commercial Director – Global Creative Agency £90,000 – £100,000 package | Central London (Zone 1, hybrid) A leading international creative agency, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised luxury and lifestyle brands across strategy, design, content, and production, is looking for a Commercial Director. With offices in Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and as part of a wider global group of industry-leading agencies, the business is scaling quickly. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be pivotal in driving sustainable profitability, operational excellence, and best-in-class commercial practices across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning & analysis, delivering insight to shape strategic decisions. Partner with senior leadership to improve project and divisional profitability. Support client and supplier contract negotiations, ensuring commercial value is maximised. Oversee commercial operations including insurance, IT services, and vendor management. Drive process improvements that balance creativity with financial discipline. Lead and develop a small commercial team, working closely with Finance, HR, and Operations. Candidate Profile: Significant senior-level experience in commercial, finance, or operations within creative, professional services, or consulting. Strong financial literacy with expertise in FP&A, pricing, and profitability analysis. Proven success in contract negotiations, ideally across international markets. Hands-on experience managing insurance, IT suppliers, and broader commercial operations. A collaborative leader able to influence at senior level and drive positive change.
