Requirements
What We're Looking For:
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
* At least 2 years of residential care experience as a shift leader or equivalent
* A caring, reliable, and willing attitude
* Strong compassion and empathy
* Enthusiasm for promoting independence and choice
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience
* 22 years of age or older (to ensure an appropriate age gap with the children we support)
* Full UK manual driving license (essential)
