You will have

To be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor here, you will have:

An HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, Chartered status with RICS.

Proven experience working within a similar QS role, ideally within private construction or engineering sectors.

Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contractual frameworks.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a team environment.
