Role Description
This is a full-time shift pattern, on-site role for a Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer located in the London Area, United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, utilizing technical expertise in mechanical engineering to develop and execute maintenance solutions, conducting equipment inspections, and assessing performance to prevent and address issues. The successful applicant will ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels and complies with safety regulations while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving issues in building systems
* Expertise in Inspection processes for mechanical systems and related technical equipment
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Working knowledge of safety protocols and compliance within mechanical systems maintenance
* Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Professional certifications in maintenance or relevant areas are a plus
