We’re look for an experienced D365 Account Manager to drive strategic engagement and revenue growth across System Integrators (SIs) and large enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in positioning Microsoft Business Applications, guiding customers through end-to-end digital transformation powered by Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and the wider Microsoft stack.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow a portfolio of SI and enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including CIOs, Programme Directors, and Architecture Leads.
* Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Microsoft Business Applications.
* Work collaboratively with presales, technical consultants, product specialists, and marketing to deliver best-in-class Microsoft solutions.
* Drive account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure consistent revenue growth.
* Stay ahead of developments across the Microsoft ecosystem, including product roadmaps and partner innovations.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing D365, Microsoft Business Applications, or enterprise SaaS accounts—ideally with SIs or large multi-site organisations.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
* Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, consultative approach with a passion for customer success and digital transformation.
