Aspire People is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND in a friendly and inclusive primary school in the M6 area. This school places inclusion and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do and is looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to children who require additional support. The Role You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. The role involves both 1:1 support and small group work, primarily across KS1 and lower KS2.
