This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Manager located in the North West London Area. The Insolvency Manager will oversee and manage insolvency processes, liaising with stakeholders, creditors, and clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, conducting investigations into clients' financial situations, and devising strategies to resolve financial difficulties. The Insolvency Manager will also mentor and supervise junior staff, ensure all deadlines are met, and provide support with business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of insolvency laws and regulations, as well as experience managing insolvency cases.
• Financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to assess financial statements critically.
• Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, creditors, and stakeholders professionally.
• Leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide team members effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address financial challenges and create innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools relevant to insolvency management is a plus.
• Qualifications such as an ACCA/ACA/CPI/IP license or equivalent, and previous experience in an insolvency-focused role
