Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to join our growing HR team as a HR Advisor Team Leader. This role reports into the Group HR Operations Manager and offers the chance to make a real impact across a dynamic and growing organisation.

In this role, you'll lead an experienced team of HR Advisors and work closely with directors, managers, and employees to deliver HR expertise, drive operational excellence, and champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of HR Advisors who assist their business areas with employee relations matters ensuring fairness, consistency and compliance with legislation
* Lead on complex employee relations cases or appeal stages of formal processes
* Coach and mentor the HR Advisor team
* Support with the escalation of HR Advisor queries
* Build strong relationships with the senior management of the business areas you support including attending regional meetings and holding regular meetings to discuss any people trends/challenges in their areas
* Ensure that the business areas within your responsibility are providing the highest quality of customer service and championing a positive and inclusive workplace for all through the decisions and initiatives being implemented
* Support and lead on HR projects including the adoption of new technology within the HR team
* Support the Group HR Operations Manager with the integration of new acquisitions
* Complete a monthly board report along with other ad-hoc people data reports
* Support with maintaining and supporting continuous improvements within our HRIS
* Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
* Provide flexible support to the wider LRG HR Operations team as needed
* Contribute towards employee recognition activities
* Support and lead on workforce planning and talent development within your team
* Work closely with the wider LRG HR team to begin to align working practices of this newly acquired brand with the wider group
* Ad-hoc travel will be required within this role to LRG offices, external meetings and premises of acquisitions joining the Group

What Are We Looking For

* Experienced Senior HR Advisor leading on complex employee relations cases in a large organisation
* Experience in managing/leading a team or deputising for the team manager/leader
* Strong UK employment law knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with experience of building and managing productive relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time management skills in order to keep across the detail of multiple ER cases simultaneously and with great attention to detail
* Experience of working with HR databases
* Experience of working within a team
* Strong experience of report writing for ER cases, business proposals and data reports
* Experience of analysing data, presenting findings and using this to inform business decisions
* Ability to be flexible, successfully adapting to changing business needs while delivering excellent service to all stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy and complex role
* Willingness to work flexibly when needed

Desirable

* CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
* Multi-site experience from a central location would be advantageous
* Providing support and coaching to managers in periods of operational change
