About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll:

* Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that's saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
* Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
* Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what's right.

"Here at Leeds we have a strong team, dedicated to the best possible customer care and outcomes. Located in the city centre our customer base is varied and no working day in branch is ever the same. Typical day to day tasks includes serving customers, either at the counter for general transactions, or taking customers into a meeting room for more private matters, for example opening a new account. Not only do we serve our customers from behind the counter or in the private meeting rooms, but we get involved in delivering fraud and scam sessions and other financial education sessions, educating our customers and the local community. As a branch we also support other branches in the local area and so we are looking for someone who loves to meet new people and be part of a wider area team."
