We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Lead Generators to join our new team at our new home in Chester
The ideal candidates will be confident in building relationships with schools, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities where we can support them in enhancing student outcomes and professional development of staff & teachers.
While lead generation is the primary focus, this role is about connecting with schools, listening to their needs, and introducing solutions that can truly make a difference. Our core customer base is in education, but we are also expanding our reach into the SMB and public sectors. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to schools, SMBs, and public sector organizations to introduce our solutions and identify opportunities for support.
Engage in meaningful conversations with school leaders and decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs.
Qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information and assessing how our support programs can benefit them.
Create awareness to schools on our initiatives, including student learning enhancement, teacher professional development & reducing staff & teacher workloads, and digital transformation at zero cost.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and senior team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, government funding opportunities, and education sector challenges to tailor conversations effectively.
Proactively follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support where needed.
Assist in developing outreach strategies to improve engagement with schools and expand into the SMB and public sector markets.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for supporting schools & businesses with their long-term success.

Basic £20k O.T.E 30K based on KPI being reached
Progression to Level 2 depends on KPI Achievement
Level 2 - Junior Account Manager
Duties same as year 1 but you will now produce quotations and close sales.
£22K Basic OTE £35K
Progression to Level 3 depends on KPI Achievement
Level 3 - Account Manager
Same as year 2 but as your skills develop along with your customer base your target
increases as does your commission rate.
£25k Basic OTE £50k
Level 4 - Senior Manager
In this role, you will manage a team of pre-level team members (no 6) and manage the achievement of the group's profit target. You will also have a target of your own to achieve.
£28k Basic OTE £65k
