We are looking for a Senior Change Partner to join us in driving effectiveness and efficiencies in VMO2 organisation change programmes and set us up for long-term success!
The role will partner with the business to design products based on the needs of our stakeholders to help them deliver organisation design, development, and change interventions.
You will support a team in proactively identifying challenges and opportunities, as well as seeing activities through to consultation and resolution.
A significant part of the role involves leading, inspiring, and developing a team of Change Partners & Change Delivery Specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and agility.

The must haves
To be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Proven experience in a HR change and transformation environment within a large, complex organization
* Previous people management experience
* Thorough understanding of employee relations/industrial relations structures, policies, and processes
* Sound knowledge of employment law and exposure to HR standard processes related to Change and ER
* Full CIPD membership and qualification (or equivalent business qualification)

* Experience working successfully with employee representatives/forums and trade unions
* Ability to use knowledge, communication, and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions
* Proven telecoms experience
* Programme/project management experience
