We’re expanding our Property Services team and looking for dedicated Multi Skilled Operatives with a multiple trade background to carry out the general repair, maintenance, void and planned works of our properties.
This is a permanent, full-time post, working 40 hours per week. This role offers a pay rate of £14.61 per hour, which equates to a salary of £30,472.37 per annum.
What you'll do
You’ll undertake maintenance and void and planned works, in properties across South-East Wales.
You'll liaise with our tenants and colleagues directly, to guarantee the smooth running of the appointments and you’ll ensure all jobs are fully complete to a high standard.
What you'll need
You’ll have experience of repairs, maintenance, voids and/or planned works and you’ll be able to demonstrate a broad range of trade skills to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks and/or installations to a high standard of craftsmanship.
We’re interested in people with a range of skills and experience and will consider people who have a relevant qualification with limited experience, or people who have experience that are yet to complete a qualification - for further information please see the job description.
A valid UK driving licence is essential. You will have access to a company vehicle (manual transmission). You don’t need to worry about having tools or uniform - these will be provided for you!
