What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the business.
* Assisting with project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports and timelines.
* Helping track project progress, dependencies, risks and issues.
* Working closely with delivery, technical and business stakeholders to support a successful outcome.
* Supporting project governance, meetings and stakeholder communication.
* Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practice.
* Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (varies by project).
* Documentation & collaboration: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro or equivalent.
* Delivery support: Stand‑ups, project meetings, retrospectives, governance forums.
What We’re Looking For
* Graduates or early‑career professionals from disciplines such as Business, Technology, Management, Economics, or STEM, or career‑switchers with relevant training.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
* Confidence communicating with stakeholders and working across multiple teams.
* Interest in delivery, project coordination and how work moves from plan to execution.
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop as a Project Manager.
* Willingness to work onsite as required and open to placement in Leeds or London.
