Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ years')
A well-established Scottish firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer (7+ PQE) to join its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. The firm is known for its discreet, personal approach and its work with a broad range of private clients, landowners, entrepreneurs, trustees and charitable organisations.
The Opportunity
You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, including:

* Development options and land sales

* Planning agreements
\n
\n
* Sales, purchases and leases of commercial premises
\n
\n
* Retail, office, industrial, hospitality and leisure acquisitions
\n
\n
* Commercial contracts and property-related transactions
\n
This role involves close collaboration with colleagues across property, tax, succession, business services, family, employment and litigation to ensure joined-up, holistic advice.
