We are looking for a motivated and well‑organised Finance & Administration Officer to help keep our charity running smoothly. This is a part‑time post (28 hours/4 days per week).
You’ll use Xero for financial administration and work across our digital systems — Microsoft 365, Teams and Beacon — to maintain accurate information, co‑ordinate logistics and keep operations efficient.
What you'll do:
* Maintain accurate financial records in Xero and process invoices, payments and expenses.
* Support budget management, cash‑flow tracking and regular reporting.
* Assist the CEO and accountant with year‑end audit preparation and funder reporting.
* Co‑ordinate travel, venue and equipment bookings, and manage general office logistics.
* Maintain up‑to‑date contact and contract records for staff, artists, partners and suppliers.
* Act as first point of contact for calls, emails and mail, routing enquiries appropriately.
* Support the Artistic Directors with rota administration for the freelance artistic team.
* Assist with Board papers, meeting minutes and event planning.
* Help ensure compliance with charity finance and data protection requirements.

* Salary £26,500 pro rata (£21,200 actual).
