Responsibilities
* Manage the hands‑on delivery of year end accounts preparation and review, tax and wider advisory services to a varied client portfolio, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
* Liaise with clients and provide regular communication and support.
* Develop and support a junior team, fostering their growth and ensuring high quality service delivery.
* Provide key support to the partner group and carve an influential role within the firm.
Qualifications
* Any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or equivalent.
* Career background within the accountancy practice sector, working for firms of accountants across any size.
* Developed technical skills across accounts, tax and general accountancy practice service delivery.
* Experience at the Client Manager level and a desire to manage clients and a team.
Job Offer
Circa £35,000 - £42,000 dependent on background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
