Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
* Assist in delivering lessons, adapting materials to suit individual learning needs.
* Support students with behavioural management and emotional regulation.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Help create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
