Do you have a strong customer focus? Are you interested in gaining experience in events, looking to kickstart your career, or returning to the workplace following a break?
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth delivery of all Society for Endocrinology (SfE) group events.
Providing support to the events team, you will be involved in all aspects of running SfE Group events pre-event, onsite, and post-event.
You will support the registration process for delegates, speakers, staff, officers, and exhibitors, and provide on-site assistance at conferences. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing event materials, such as agendas, name badges, and handouts, as well as supporting committee meetings administratively.
You will assist with various projects and provide general support across all event activities. This includes managing event-related mailboxes, monitoring incoming emails, and supporting delegate hotline management. Strong communication skills are essential for handling inquiries from delegates, speakers, staff, officers, exhibitors, and suppliers professionally.
We seek an individual with proven administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal effectively with clients, staff, and suppliers are required.

The ability and willingness to travel as needed is essential. A driving license would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
If you are interested but your experience does not match every requirement, we strongly encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and fresh ideas and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and empowered.
