The successful candidate will be a committed, inspirational and dynamic individual with a passion for teaching. Early Years is part of our Faculty for Science, Social Science and Care. The Faculty is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of Early Years contributing to the teaching of T Level Education and Early Years and also Level 2 Early Years, which forms part of our wider and highly successful care provision. The faculty has specialist dedicated teaching spaces. The Faculty offer offers a wide range of courses in this area including A-level Psychology and Sociology, T levels in Health and Early Years, Level 1, 2 and 3 care provision and Access to HE. The faculty has invested heavily in specialist educational spaces for its courses including a nursery environment and simulated hospital ward. The faculty also supports a range of extra-curricular activity to enrich the taught curriculum. Experience in nurseries, early years settings or primary education would be advantageous. Preparing detailed schemes of work and course materials to support student learning. Undertaking the internal assessment of coursework of those students entered for qualification, as required by the awarding boards involved.
