What you will be doing: Support the growth of our corporate fundraising income by researching, approaching, and building relationships with values-aligned businesses. Help create inspiring proposals and partnership materials that showcase the impact of our work. Coordinate supporter events, volunteering days, and engagement opportunities with young people. Ensure timely and accurate tracking of donations, pledges, and supporter communications. Work with colleagues across fundraising, communications, and operations to deliver brilliant supporter experiences. You will work alongside the fundraising team and senior leadership and be pivotal in developing new relationships with businesses and individuals across the Southwest. You will co-ordinate fundraising events and collateral to engage new partnerships, secure valuable pro-bono support and ensure that young people are at the centre of all our fundraising efforts. What we’re looking for: Experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or relationship management Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate and secure support Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. A proactive attitude, openness to new ideas and willingness to learn. NOTE: This is the current salary and does not include the pay award that is currently pending. The Government / National Employers have made a pay offer of a 3.2% pay increase backdated to April 1st 2025. The location: Kingsley Hall.
