As part of the central support function, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the organisation running smoothly at executive level. While home based, you will enjoy meaningful involvement in UK‑wide activity, with occasional travel to the central office and regional sites.
Your new role
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, you will provide high level administrative, organisational, and operational support. This is a busy and varied role requiring exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to managepeting priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Deliveringprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive
2. Managing an extensive and fast paced diary, organising meetings, Teams calls, travel, amodation, and site visits
3. Preparing documents, reports, agendas, presentations, and board materials
4. Providing accurate minute taking for meetings, including Executive Board and project‑related sessions
5. Supporting the wider Executive Team and Operations Directors with administrative tasks,pliance documentation, and periods of high workload
6. Coordinating special events, conferences, away days, and meetings across the UK
7. Acting as a key point of contact for internalmunications and distributing information on behalf of the CEO
8. Ensuring all duties are carried out in line with organisational values, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should bring:
9. Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leaders
10. Experience working within aplex, multi site organisation — ideally within education, care, health, or regulated sectors
11. Strong literacy, numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail (GCSE English & Maths required)
12. Excellentmand of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems
13. Confident minute taking, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to produce high‑quality documents
14. Outstanding organisational skills, ability to self-manage, and confidence handling multiple priorities
15. Professionalmunication skills with a strong customer-service approach
16. A high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
17. Willingness to travel occasionally to meetings or events
18. An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
