A boutique tax-led accountancy firm is seeking an AAT Accounts and Tax Assistant to join their supportive London office. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £30k+, direct mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of high-end Private Clients.
Location: London (Hybrid – 40% office-based, core days Wednesday & Thursday)
Salary: c.£30k (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
* Preparing statutory accounts for a wide range of clients (mostly limited companies).
* Working with sectors such as private equity funds, tour operators, R&D, and family investment companies.
* Bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts (monthly/quarterly), and year-end accounts.
* Using systems including CCH, Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Requirements
* Accounts Junior / Accounts Semi-Senior: AAT studying or qualified with c.2+ years’ practice experience, looking to take on more responsibility.
* Enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready to learn in a collaborative environment.
The Process
* 1st stage: MS Teams interview with the Manager.
* 2nd stage: Follow-up meeting in person with senior team members.
