Operational Accounts Administrator - hybrid working Our client is a leading fintech / technology company, with a global presence in a growth market. They seek a talented business professional to join their team, where opportunities to develop and gain new responsibilities will be abundant. The role of Operational Accounts Administrator is a broad operational and customer servicing role, which will involve the smooth running of the Operations department as well as keeping systems updated with the correct information required for the business, including liaising with other departments and overseeing process admin. The key responsibilities will include: • Creation of Purchase orders in support of Sales orders • Booking in, delivered purchase orders on the company Order management system • Providing comments and feedback and adding dates to ensure all interested parties are aware of Sales Order progress • Exporting and manipulating reports for onward communications • Creating and sending Commercial/pro forma documents and Serial number files • Organising and making bookings with storage providers • Tracking Shipments within logistics partners systems • Supporting inbound/outbound returns and repairs • Updating of all stock line movements • Allocating orders – requesting dispatches, tracking to delivery • Monitoring Stock reports and restocking fulfilment to agreed min/max...
