The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Manager who can confidently oversee daily operations while building a motivated and high-performing team.
You will be responsible for:
* Running smooth day-to-day operations
* Leading and motivating staff during busy services
* Managing rotas, labour costs, and staffing levels
* Maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Monitoring stock control and ordering
* Training and developing team members
* Driving sales and improving performance
* Handling customer feedback professionally
* Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
* Previous management experience in hospitality, fast food, QSR, or restaurants
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* High standards and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Confident handling staff management and customer service issues
* Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
