Katie Bard has an exciting opportunity working for a International brand for a proactive and collaborative HR Onboarding Team Leader to join our expanding HR Shared Service Function.

As the HR Onboarding Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-quality service across the HR Onboarding team. Your focus will be on operational excellence, data accuracy, and ensuring a positive experience for every new joiner. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of 4–5 HR Administrators within the Shared Service Function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and upskill HR Administrators, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a consistently high standard of customer-centric service.
* Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure all onboarding and administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the onboarding specialist for the Shared Service Function, offering expert guidance across wider HR activity.
* Ticketing Workflow Management: Oversee the internal ticketing system, ensuring effective triage, timely responses, and appropriate prioritisation of high-importance tasks.
* Relationship Management: Work closely with external employment screening provider, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a smooth candidate experience.
* Reporting & Insights: Produce weekly operational reports for internal stakeholders, contributing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and elevate the onboarding experience.
* Project Support: Lead or contribute to HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
* Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve escalations, ensuring queries are handled professionally and promptly.
Applicants must have HR/Onboarding experience within an HR Shared Service centre environment. You will have experience managing a team monitoring performance and SLAs.
