About the Role:
Do you have the strategic vision and sales experience to drive growth for an iconic agricultural machinery brand? Operating from our client’s office in the East of England, the Machinery Brand Manager will be responsible for the strategic management and operational excellence of a premier agricultural machinery brand, ensuring optimal performance and growth within the market. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will leverage your proven sales experience and agricultural machinery expertise to foster relationships, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional and seamless customer journey. A standout role for an experienced sales professional looking to really make their name within the agricultural machinery sector.
Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement sales and branding strategies aligned with the company's business goals, aimed at strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
* To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
* To coordinate with the wider team to ensure a seamless end-to-end sales process, delivering high levels of customer experience and satisfaction throughout.
* To prepare and present regular sales reports, stock forecasts, and market analysis to the senior team.
* To work collaboratively with the marketing team, ensuring maximum brand exposure and product visibility.
Qualifications:
Essential:
* A track record of sales within the agricultural machinery sector.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to build relationships easily.
* A confident decision maker and problem solver.
* The ability to work cross-functionally within a business to achieve goals.
* Confident in reporting and interpreting statistical data.
* A team player who can work collectively and autonomously when required.
* The ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
* Driven and committed with exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
Pay range and compensation package:
