Legal Cashier – Fully Remote
Totum Partners is working with a leading global law firm on an excellent Legal Cashier opportunity Fully Remote role.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage client account transactions in line with SRA Accounts Rules
* Post CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster payments across RBS, BOS, HSBC, and Barclays
* Run reports, monitor residual balances, and cover bank reconciliations
* Liaise with fee-earning teams and respond to mailbox queries
Experience that helps you succeed:
* Cashiering experience in the legal sector
* Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
* Confident dealing with Partners
* Accurate, methodical, and able to prioritise tasks
* Familiar with MS Office and 3E accounts system
* Experience with RBS, HSBC, or Barclays banking platforms
