Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Experience in plastering and general building works, including repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings.
* A City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 certificate in Plastering or equivalent qualification.
* Ideally, multi-skilled experience in areas such as basic plumbing and painting.
* A full driving licence, due to the nature of the role.
Salary and Employment Details
* £28,316 - £29,924 per annum (pay award pending).
* Permanent, full-time position.
* 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
