About the role
* Supporting Pharmacists and Healthcare professionals in the supply of medicines and accuracy checking.
* Working with Primary and Secondary care health professionals to improve community health.
* Overseeing and inspiring the healthcare team to deliver patient-centred care.
* Supporting training of support staff, trainee technicians, and trainee pharmacists.

Responsibilities include:
* Ordering medicines, checking, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions.
* Final accuracy check of dispensed items before supply.
* Overseeing Dispensing Team Members as delegated by the Responsible Pharmacist.
* Preparing, supplying, and checking prescriptions, providing advice and support.
* Taking medicine histories and advising on treatment options.
* Giving advice to patients and coaching others in medicine advice and referral of complex queries.
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC and Accuracy Checking Qualification.
* Passion for patient and customer care.
* Ability to deliver high standards efficiently.
* Experience overseeing dispensing teams and supporting healthcare teams.
* Teamwork skills.
* Comfort with digital technology and continuous learning.
* Interest in becoming an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician with Boots.
