Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Assistant, located in Camberley. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms, monitoring and responding to engagement, and supporting overall social media strategy. Daily activities involve audience research, performance analytics, and content creation to drive engagement and growth. Additionally, the Social Media Assistant will collaborate with other team members to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in social media management, content creation, and scheduling
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop reports
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
* Proficiency with social media tools and management platforms
* Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
* Experience in B2B industry sectors is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
