Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
5 days over 7 - including weekends
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and professional Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-end events caterer, delivering unforgettable experiences for all clients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the events industry, eager to learn, and confident in providing exceptional client service from the first enquiry through to event delivery.
This role involves both client liaison and on-site operational support during events — perfect for someone looking to grow within a prestigious and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact for clients and guests, providing a warm, professional service.
2. Manage event enquiries efficiently, preparing proposals, quotes, and schedules.
3. Coordinate all aspects of weddings, private functions or corporate events from enquiry to execution.
4. Conduct venue show rounds that leave a lasting “wow” impression.
5. Maximise sales and conversion opportunities through strong listening and questioning skills.
6. Brief & support the operational teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
7. Assist with staffing coordination, suppliers, and maintain administrative records.
