THE ROLE
As a Paid Social Marketing Executive at Highrise, you will play a central role in supporting the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for a designated cohort of clients. In addition, there is opportunity for development into a broader performance marketing role. If of interest, the Paid Social Marketing Executive will receive training on other channels (eg Google Ads) and a wider range of marketing skills (creative strategy, customer discovery, on-site optimisations etc).
You will support the Growth Lead in systematically analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and being a source of the latest technical and creative best practices for paid social. Furthermore, the role will involve handling ad hoc client queries and reporting on marketing strategies aligned with performance KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
* You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (additional experience with TikTok ads preferred), either client or agency side.
* Experience working with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands with a strong understanding of metrics for on-platform and e-commerce website funnel performance.
* You have had experience presenting to key stakeholders / clients.
* Your track record demonstrates your ability to effectively leverage data to extract meaningful insights and contribute growth initiatives while following a test-and-verify methodology.
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* You can take ownership of executing / implementing growth initiatives independently.
* You value collaboratively working towards a common goal and are able to see the contribution you make to the success of the team and company.
* You are keen to grow and learn new skills.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Proficiency in Meta / TikTok Ads Manager interfaces.
* Good understanding of creative best practices & trends for Paid Social
* Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets (we use the latter).
* Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands
* Proven ability to analyse data, provide performance insights, and contribute to the development of media and creative roadmaps.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support with the execution and strategy of paid social activities for assigned clients.
* Report on paid social performance to clients via weekly meetings and monthly roadmaps
* Support the Growth Lead and Creative Strategist by providing data-driven insights on creative performance & advising on new angles / treatments / concepts to test
* Be available to support with ad-hoc requests from clients
* If of interest: Receive training to become a cross-functional marketing executive (paid search, CRO, creative strategy)

* Salary in the range of £32,000-£40,000 p.a. depending on experience
