Recruitment Consultant – 360 – Up to £40k – 25% Commission – Sutton Coldfield
I’m looking to speak with 360 recruitment consultants from any sector, for my client based in Sutton Coldfield. You will be someone who has been in recruitment for a few years now, ideally 3+ years in the industry in a 360 role. It doesn’t matter if you come from a Temp, Perm or Contract background, as there are opportunities in all of these areas here.
As this is a 360 recruitment role, you will be in charge of identifying and winning your own new clients, speaking with candidates and placing them into these roles. So you won’t be afraid of picking up the phone. My client works in multiple sectors and hires based on character over billing history. You’ll have the chance to work with the Directors to choose the best sector for you.
From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k, depending on your experience, with a commission scheme up to 25%. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll be in the office 3-4 days a week and this isn’t a KPI-driven environment. It’s an adult environment where the standards are high, but very relaxed too.

Qualifications
* 3+ years in recruitment, in a 360 role (temp, perm, or contract backgrounds acceptable)
* Strong phone-based business development and candidate engagement
* Ability to work across multiple sectors and adapt to client needs
